Designing For All Devices
You want to make sure your website reaches out to your audience wherever and however they are engaging with the Web. You want to understand what they want, and deliver an appropriate and satisfying online experience.
The Web is no longer tethered to a desktop or laptop computer. There are iPhones, Android phones and other smart phones. There are iPads and other tablets. Xbox and Wii allow customers to surf the Web on their televisions.
Eight percent of the male population suffers from some form of color blindness. The selection of colors and the way they contrast can affect whether your site is readable to this significant population.
How We Help: The Creative Brief
Our strategy begins with a Creative Brief that distills all the relevant information into a single document. It provides design direction by answering questions such as:
- Who does the site need to influence?
- What are they doing now that we want them to change?
- How do we get there?
- What are the goals and how are they measured?
- What is the voice of the site?
- What are the design considerations?
In addition, the Creative Brief contains a Mood Board section that provides example imagery and Web elements to support the vision, as well as an initial Wireframe to inform the homepage layout.
From here we continue the creative process by producing design roughs and presenting them to you. Together we then go through a progressive process to arrive at the perfect design.
