Chicago-based Imaginary Landscape wins two prestigious awards for its redesign of the Silver Cross Hospital Web site
Today, Imaginary Landscape has won two international awards for its
redesign of the Joliet, Ill.-based Silver Cross Hospital Web site.
The first award is the Standard of Excellence WebAward for a Healthcare Provider. The WebAwards is an awards event where websites are recognized, competing head-to-head with other sites within their industry and against an overall standard of excellence. 2,100 entries were received from 33 countries.
The WebAwards is produced by the Web Marketing Association, founded in 1997 to set a high standard for Internet Web site development. The organization is made up of volunteer marketing, advertising, PR and design professionals who share an interest in improving the quality of advertising, marketing and promotion used to attract visitors to corporate websites.
The second is Bronze WWW Health Award for Patient Education Information. The WWW Health Awards recognize the best health-related Web sites for consumers and professionals. A panel of international health information and Internet experts judged entries based on accuracy, success in reaching the targeted audience and overall quality.
