Hospital doctor directory/appointment request study: summary of findings
Advocate Health Care and Imaginary Landscape presented findings from the Advocate Doctor Directory at the Ninth Annual Healthcare Internet Conference. These findings related unique monthly visitors to the number of successful First Appointment Requests.
Advocate then released results from a year-long return-on-investment study, specifically as it related to Web First Appointments. the goal was to present a predictive model for ROI based upon Web First Appointments.
