Imaginary recently completed a large project for the Illinois Attorney General which was built on the dotCMS platform. "dotCMS is an impressive content management system and offers great flexibility for custom website creation," said Brian Moloney, President and CEO of Imaginary Landscape. "But beyond the system, the dotCMS service was spectacular and in line with Imagianry's service commitment. As a result, we were pleased to become a certified partner."
The partnership with dotCMS expands the scope of services offered by Imaginary Landscape. Adding the dotCMS platform to the mix provides additional ways Imaginary can provide clients more flexible and custom ways to solve complex business challenges, including multiwebsite solutions, large-scale database management, data visualization and content syndication.
The open source foundation of dotCMS is also in line with Imaginary's open source history and current tool kit. The hybrid-headless philosophy of dotCMS allows Imaginary to use it as a complete solution or part of a larger system of tools to precisely match clients' needs.
Scalability and security and also important features baked into the dotCMS system. "We saw this firsthand during the launch of the Attorney General project. First, it had to pass numerous security reviews which it did easily. Second, when the website went live in conjunction with a press conference, it went viral immediately and the system managed the resulting spike in traffic without incident or slowdown," continued Moloney.
